I began my training whilst volunteering a days work at Rippon Lea estate for a year and a half from 2014.
I ended up two days a week. That's a lot of volunteer work for the National Trust! But it was such a valuable experience. I consider myself an expert in Dahlia bulb season preservation that's for sure. I also learnt to make nice edges to a lawn.
